HOW COLLECT WORKS

All uncollected grants and claims are listed a table with the total uncollected amount shown at the bottom.

Select the payment method you want to use, and press the Collect Payment button.

Go to the Account page to enter or change Payment information.

A Payment record will be generated and the Administrator will be notified.

The Administrator will process and send payments within 7 days.  You will receive an notification email when payment is sent.

Venmo payments should be received the same day.  Checks may take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.

Contact the LMDBF if you have not received payment notification within 7 days or payment within the above time periods.

Q. Can I receive payment another way?

A. Probably.  Contact LMDBF, but do NOT send any sensitive information (e.g. bank account numbers) through email.
